Project summary
Develop appropriate learner-centered national framework for monitoring learning achievement that is viable and sustainable in the context of Eritrea, and that would ultimately provide policy makers and front-line technocrats with the necessary conceptual, analytical tools and indicators to assess and measure the quality of pupils' performance in basic education delivery on a continuous basis;
Build national/sub-national capacities, inculcating knowledge and technical skills required specifically for monitoring learning achievement as an external mechanism for monitoring the quality of learning.
