Project summary
The aim of this project is to produce an interactive, inspirational CD-ROM and publication detailing the biographies of a few outstanding South African women within the themes of politics and society, economics, academic achievement, the professions, arts and literature, and sport.
By examining the lives of the women featured and locating them within a specific political, economic and social context, it is hoped that the project will be used not only as a teaching aid, but also as a showcase of women's achievements, and an inspiration to all.
