Project summary
To evaluate the effectiveness of an after-school tuition programme to a sample of Grade 8 learners in one district in the Western Cape in improving their performance in English and Mathematics. The study is intended as a demonstration project aimed at developing policy inputs pertaining to ways in which curriculum coverage and mastery can be improved.
